Local Delivery and In Store Pickup
Delivery Location & Scheduling
We deliver in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson. To maintain high standards, deliveries are conducted Monday through Saturday only by Paws In Charge staff. We do not use outside couriers. Our services comply with all regional regulations. Orders received before 10:00 am will be delivered on same day. Orders received after 10:00 am will be delivered on next delivery day. Deliveries will not occur on federal holidays.
Returns
As in our in store return policy, all items are available to be returned within 30 days of purchase. Paws and Purrks Club members do not require a receipt for returns. All other customers must have a receipt or order number available for returns. You are responsible for shipping or delivery of returned items to the physical store at 4245 S. Grand Canyon Dr. Suite 125 Las Vegas, NV 89147.
Pricing & Order Process
Out of Stock/Special Requests
Free shipping is available for all orders over $75.00. A simple $8.00 rate applies to smaller purchases. Please be aware that your payment must be cleared and authorized before we can release your items for dispatch.
If an item you desire is out of stock or you would like to place an order for an item that is not normally carried in store, please email us at info@pawsinchargelv.com. We'll respond as soon as possible to your request.
In Store Pickup
Incomplete Drops
When ordering online, you have the option for in store pickup or delivery. In store pickup items will be made available within one hour of your order and can be delivered to your vehicle, should you choose. In store pickup is available Tuesday through Sunday during normal store operating hours.
If we cannot reach you during our Monday-Saturday window, we will call to arrange a new time. Alternatively, we can leave the order in a safe spot if you give us permission to do so.
Frozen Goods
We highly recommend being available during deliveries of frozen goods. A phone call will be placed to you if contact is not made at the delivery address. Frozen goods will be returned to the store if no special instructions are left. We will keep the goods aside for pickup in store or set a future delivery date.
Waiver of Claims
Choosing local delivery means you permit Paws In Charge to drop off goods at your site. You agree to hold Paws In Charge harmless for any damage or theft of items that occur once the delivery is finalized at your address.
